NativeOffice Scan: Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your NativeOffice account and associated data without installing or signing in to the app.

Request account deletion

Email support@nativeoffice.online from the email address linked to your account. Use the subject NativeOffice Scan account deletion request and tell us that you want your account and associated data deleted. If you cannot access that email address, contact support for help verifying ownership. Never send your password or sign-in codes.

Email a deletion request

Requests are reviewed and processed manually. This link opens your email app; send the email to submit your request. Entering an email address, visiting this page or sending a request does not automatically delete any account or data. We confirm ownership before processing it, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

What the request covers

NativeOffice stores sign-in identity and profile information, account preferences, entitlement information and sign-in records. Your request covers your account and associated data, including sign-in access. We retain account data while the account exists and remove it after your verified request is processed, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your NativeOffice account is shared across NativeOffice products, including Mobile, Scan and the website. Deleting the shared account affects access across those products. If you only want to remove this app from your phone, follow the device-data steps below instead.

Remove Google account access

Visit your Google account connections, select the NativeOffice connection and remove access. This revokes Google access; it does not itself submit a NativeOffice account-deletion request or delete your Google account.

Delete files and app data on your phone

Delete unwanted files in the app, or clear its storage in Android Settings to remove its local workspace and settings. Uninstalling also removes app-private data. Files you exported to Downloads, shared storage, another app or your own backups must be deleted separately from those locations. Save anything you want to keep before clearing app data.
