You can read PDFs, convert them to editable Word documents with the formatting and images preserved, turn images into a PDF, and rearrange, merge or split pages. Recent work went into keeping fonts, colours and embedded images intact on the way to Word.

Your files stay on your device. We do not upload, scan or store the documents you work on. The only thing on our servers is the account itself, which is your sign-in details and your plan.
Yes. Writer opens .docx, Sheets opens .xlsx and Slides opens .pptx, and you can save back to those formats. Very unusual layouts can still differ slightly, so if you hit a file that does not come through cleanly, send it over. It genuinely helps us fix it.
