Terms of Service
Last updated: July 4, 2026
NativeOffice is operated by Shivank Prabhudessai ("we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your use of the NativeOffice website and desktop application (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Your account
You sign in to NativeOffice with Google. You're responsible for keeping the Google account tied to your NativeOffice account secure, and for any activity that happens under your account. Please provide accurate information during sign-up and onboarding, and let us know at support@nativeoffice.online if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable Premium entitlement checks, licensing, or product-key validation
- Share, resell, or redistribute product keys or Premium access that isn't yours to give
- Reverse-engineer the Service except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access.
Plans and billing
NativeOffice offers a Free plan and a Premium plan, along with prepaid product keys as an alternative way to unlock Premium. Current plan details and pricing are listed on our pricing page rather than duplicated here, since prices and features can change over time; the version shown there at the time of purchase applies to you.
Premium subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the unused portion of the current billing period. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time, though we'll consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis if you contact support@nativeoffice.online.
Intellectual property
NativeOffice, its branding, and the underlying software are owned by Shivank Prabhudessai. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you; using the Service grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it under these terms and, where applicable, your plan.
You retain full ownership of the documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and any other content you create with NativeOffice. We don't claim any rights over your content.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind beyond what applicable law requires. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Regularly saving and backing up your own documents remains your responsibility.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms, misuse the Service, or if we're required to do so by law. You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as NativeOffice evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
